We build relationships that guide young men
through incarceration and beyond.
The THREESIXTY program is an initiative founded at Rikers Island to provide mentorship, coaching, and re-entry tools to young men ages 18–21 years old. Regular interactions and meetings focus on life-building skills that support wellbeing during their time incarcerated and prepare participants for re-entry into the community.
THREESIXTY’s expected outcomes include: • Improved mental health during & after incarceration • Reduced violence in facilities • Reentry success & reduced recidivism after release • Connections to community resources & supports • Expanded leadership & influential voice for formerly incarcerated young adults • A virtuous cycle of peer support
No young person should be defined by their hardest moments. We believe in second chances and the potential of every young man we meet. Your support can help us expand mentorship, strengthen reentry efforts, and ensure that no young man at Rikers has to navigate this journey alone. Stand with us in building futures filled with opportunity, dignity, and hope.
