THREESIXTY
THREESIXTY

THREESIXTY was founded in 2023 as a program of the La La Land Foundation to stand with young men during one of the hardest moments of their lives.

Rikers Island can break a person’s spirit, but we believe it doesn’t have to. By working closely with incarcerated young people, we see firsthand what they need to feel safe, grow, and imagine a future beyond incarceration. Built on compassion and trust, THREESIXTY creates spaces where young men feel heard, supported, and prepared for what’s next.

Our Approach

At THREESIXTY, we don’t just offer programs; we build relationships that guide young men through incarceration and beyond.

Life Skills & Well-Being:
Through cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), group workshops, mentorship, and one-on-one coaching at Rikers, participants develop communication, conflict resolution, emotional resilience, and career skills. Leadership activities, including basketball and motivational guest speakers, provide positive outlets for growth.

Reentry Support:
We connect young men with education, employment, legal support, and housing resources, ensuring they have a real path forward when they return home.

Leadership Development:
Our young men gain access to peer mentorship and advocacy training, empowering them to lead in their communities.

THREE

THE IMPACT WE’RE CREATING

Safer, more hopeful experiences inside Rikers, reducing violence and isolation.

Stronger mental health support, helping young men heal and rebuild confidence.

Successful transitions home, giving young men a real chance to move forward without returning to incarceration.

A community of support, where formerly incarcerated young people mentor and uplift one another, breaking the cycle for future generations.
