When we started THREESIXTY in 2023, we had a singular focus – to support young men through and beyond their experience in perhaps the most difficult environment in our City, Rikers Island. By working closely with 40+ incredible young people, we have learned what it takes to support, deescalate, and prepare our most challenged neighbors for a successful adulthood. Our model is built on compassion and empathy – creating safe and trusting spaces and overlaying proven supports.
In 2026 we are bringing THREESIXTY to the next level. We are pairing our Rikers programming with in-community supports in our reentry hub in lower Manhattan, supporting young people to work, lead, and pay-it-forward to the next generation. As we move from a volunteer effort to a staffed program, we are asking for your support.
